Residential and commercial real estate auctions are growing at a record pace. An AUCTION is not a "fire sale" as many people believe, but merely an aggressive marketing method that brings buyers together to see who will pay the most money for the property .

Auctions work well in slow markets because they bring fresh attention to a property that may have languished on the market and auction can bring excitement to a property that hasn't been on the market at all!

The benefits of using our live competition auction:

  • You will know that the property will be sold to the highest bidder for the highest price among competing bidders! When buyers compete - you win!

  • Properties are sold "as-is", "where-is"; you will not be obligated to pay for any repairs and/or improvements to the property.

  • Every buyer is qualified and registered with us by providing us with a cashier's check for a predetermined amount and by providing us with proof of funds in order to close.

  • The property will close  30 days form the date of the auction.

  • You may elect to set a reserve amount at the auction. You are in control of the sale!

  • Buyers can elect to open the bidding before the auction event.

  • We encourage Broker participation and we pay commissions to Buyer's Agents and Listing Agents who refer an auction to us.

  • The buyer pays our fee in the form of an industry standard "buyer's premium". The seller may elect to offset the fee.

We will design and execute an extensive marketing and advertising campaign to specific geographic and demographic areas. Our campaign will be seen locall, regionally and nationally (in select auction properties). In some auctions, we will charge an upfront fee for adverstising that will be deferred at closing. We use almost every type of media to attract buyers:

  • Newspaper display & classified advertising

  • High-end glossy print magazines

  • Driect mail marketing with telephone call follow up

  • Email blast campaigns.

  • MLS (Multiple Listing Service) inclusion

  • Listing databases

  • Telemarketing and direct marketing to real estate agents

  • Direct marketing to a proprietary database of buyers and auction attendees.
